Bug Fixes

• Problem where OBJECT tags with no content were lost when switching to code view and back.
• Losing URL for hyperlink when it includes an ampersand with a subsequent semicolon
• setHttpManagerLayer load-time property was not working.
• Under certain conditions users were unable to change the selection on check boxes.
• The HttpLayerManager load-time property was previous documented as HttpManagerLayer.
• Javascript run-time methods called by EditLive! for XML custom toolbar buttons were not working.
