Fixes

• Problem where white space wasn’t correctly preserved when formatting XML.
• Problem where MathML elements that use a prefix weren’t parsed correctly.
• Performing an undo after changing a dynamic if element would remove all content.
• Performing an undo on a dynamic if element change meant the XPathManager had the wrong object for expression lookups afterwards.
• The JPEG image encoder could not handle alpha layers which required stripping out before the image was saved.
• Problem where MathML searched for the wrong closing tag when namespaces are used.
• JPEG compression introduced artifacts which were noticable when the image was enlarged for printing.
• Remnants of spell checker underlines would appear in common elements when changing views.
• Problem where MathML with an inline namespace declaration didn’t parse correctly.
• On the initial switch to code view, the XML encoding would default to the system character set, even if one was specified.
• Files opened from the menu would not use the encoding set in the file.
• Relative URLs of imported XSL files would resolve against the base URL rather then the URL of the importing XSL.
• Problem where a custom block tag would show up as two sets of tags rather than one if defined in an external stylesheet.

• The path for the forms directory was not pointing to the correct location, causing an ASP bug.

• Long delays on documents with non-trivial HTML sections.
