New Features

• Added insertAndEditInlineTag action to provide a simple way to insert an inline tag and immediately display a custom properties dialog for it.
• Added com.ephox.PasteFilter which is be used to filter content before it is pasted. Instances of this interface can be added through the ELJBean.
• Added explicit attribute to wysiwygeditor styles element to disable showing document styles in the styles combobox

Bug Fixes

• Nested spans are now retained instead of merged
• Row backgrounds are no longer painted over rowspanned cells
• Custom properties map included rendering attributes as well as actual attributes
• Setting custom properties parsed CSS color attributes as HTML color attributes
• Contractions in French and Italian marked as mispelt
• Table Wizard did not honor the enabled state of the insert table wizard action
• NoWrap attribute did not correctly force the minimum width of table cells
• Image Properties Dialog now uses the HTML width and height attributes to generate an image ratio when the image cannot be found
• Dialogs were incorrectly parsing decimal attributes - eg 26.0 became 260
• Custom Dialog Properties were broken in a previous release now work as expected
